  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Return the Item (if applicable): If a return is required, we will provide the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  4. Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed as soon as possible and issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.
